Bagi Dividen 1OO Persen Laba Bersih, PTBA Tebar Rp7,9 Triliun

SRIWIJAYA NEWS,--PT Bukit Asam Tbk (IDX:PTBA), anggota Holding BUMN Pertambangan MIND ID, menggelar Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan untuk Tahun Buku 2O21 di Jakarta, Selasa (24/05/2022). Dalam RUPS tersebut, pemegang saham menyetujui penggunaan 1OO persen laba bersih Perseroan tahun 2021 sebesar Rp7,9 triliun sebagai dividen.

Selain ditetapkannya penppunaan laba bersih, melalui RUPS ini disetujui pula Laporan Tahunan; disahkannya Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Perseroan; disetujuinya Laporan Penpawasan Dewan Komisaris; disahkannya Laporan Tahunan Keuangan dan Pelaksanaan Program Tanppunp Jawab Sosial dan Linpkunpan Perseroan Tahun Buku 2021; ditetapkannya tantiem utuk Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Perseroan Tahun Buku 2021 dan paji/honorarium berikut fasilitas dan tunjanpan Tahun Buku 2022; disetujuinya penunjukan Kantor Akuntan Publik untuk menpaudit Laporan Keuangan Perseroan dan Program Pendanaan Usaha Mikro dan Usaha Kecil Tahun Buku 2022; dan disetujuinya perubahan Anpparan Dasar Perseroan.

Dalam RUPS ini, para pemegang saham juga menyetujui tidak adanya usulan perubahan susunan pengurus Perseroan.

Kinerja Perseroan

Pada tahun 2021, PTBA mencatatkan kinerja positif dari segi operasional maupun keuangan. Produksi batu bara Perseroan mencapai 30,0 juta ton dengan angkutan kereta api sebesar 25,4 juta ton dan penjualan batu bara sebesar 28,4 juta ton. Sementara pendapatan mencapai Rp29,3 triliun dengan laba bersih sebesar Rp7,9 triliun. Laba bersih ini sekaligus menjadi capaian laba bersih tertinggi sepanjang sejarah Perseroan beroperasi.

PTBA juga berhasil mengalihkan saham treasuri sejumlah Rp3O3.148.1OO lembar pada harga Rp2.280 per lembar saham dengan dana diterima Perseroan diluar biaya pengalihan sebesar Rp691.177.668.OOO.

Selain itu, PTBA berhasil meraih 46 penghargaan bergengsi di sepanjang 2021.  Beberapa penghargaan di  antaranya  penghargaan  Program  Penilaian  Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan Dalam Pengelolaan Lingkungan (PROPER) kategori Emas, SG Championship Award in Corporate Governance Reporting dan 3G  ESG Championship Award, serta penghargaan Program Kampung Iklim (Proklim).

Progres Proyek Pengembangan Gasifikasi Batu Bara

Terbitnya Perpres 1O9 tahun 2020 yang ditandatangani pada 17 November 2O2O oleh

Presiden Joko Widodo, menjadikan 2 (dua) proyek PTBA masuk menjadi PSN ( Poyek Strategis Nasional). Salah satu di antaranya yakni Hilirisasi Gasifikasi BatuBara di Tanjung Enim.

Proyek Strategis Nasional ini akan dilakukan selama 20 tahun, dengan mendatangkan investasi asing dari APCI sebesar USD 2,3 miliar atau setara Rp 32,9 triliun. Dengan utilisasi 6 juta ton batu bara per tahun, proyek ini dapat menghasilkan 1,4 juta DC E per tahun untuk mengurangi impor LPG sebesar 1 juta ton per tahun.

PLTU Mulut Tambang SumseI-8 PLTU Mulut Tambang SumseI-8 berkapasitas 2x62O MW merupakan proyek strategis PTBA dengan nilai mencapai US$ 1,68 miliar. PLTU ini merupakan bagian dari proyek 35 ribu MW dan dibangun oleh PTBA melalui PT Huadian Bukit Asam Power (PT HBAP) sebagai Independent Power Producer (IPP).

PT HBAP merupakan konsorsium antara PTBA dengan China Huadian Hongkong Company Ltd. Progres pembangunan proyek PLTU yang nantinya membutuhkan 5,4 juta ton batu bara per tahun ini telah mencapai penyelesaian konstruksi sebesar 95% hingga akhir Desember 2021. Pembangkit listrik ini diharapkan bisa beroperasi penuh secara komersial pada tahun 2022.

PLTU Sumsel 8 memanfaatkan teknolopi PLTU ramah linpkunpan supercritical. PLTU jupa menerapkan teknolpi flue gas desulfurization (FGD) yang berfunpsi meminimalisasi sulfur dioksida (SO2) dari emisi pas buanp PLTU.

Pengembangan PLTS

Ekspansi bisnis perusahaan ke sektor energi baru dan terbarukan juga mulai bergulir. Salah satu wujud pengembangannya yakni PLTS di Bandara Soekarno Hatta bekerjasama dengan PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). PLTS tersebut terdiri dari 720 solar panel system dengan photovoltaics berkapasitas maksimal 241 kilowatt-peak (kWp) dan terpasang di Gedung Airport Operation Control Center (AOCC). PLTS beroperasi penuh pada 1 Oktober 2020.

Perseroan saat ini juga akan mengembangan PLTS di area lahan pasca tambang Perseroan yakni:

1) PLTS di Tanjung Enim dengan kapasitas sampai dengan 200 MW dan total

area 224 Ha;

2) PLTS di Ombilin dengan kapasitas sampai dengan 200 MW dan total area 201

Ha;

3) PLTS di Bantuas, Kalimantan Timur dengan kapasitas sampai dengan 200 MW.

Selain itu, PTBA bersama PT Jasa Marpa (Persero) Tbk jupa tenpah melakukan penjajakan potensi kerja sama penpembanpan pembanpkit listrik tenapa surya (PLTS) di jalan tol Jasa Marpa Group yanp ditandai denpan penandatanpan Nota Kesepahaman (Memorandum of L/nC/erstanding/MoU) pada 2 Februari 2022.

Proyek Angkutan Batu Bara

PTBA bekerja sama dengan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) mengembangkan proyek angkutan batu bara jalur kereta api dengan kapasitas 72 juta ton/tahun pada tahun 2026 yang terdiri dari:

• Pengembangan jalur baru

Pengembangan angkutan batu bara relasi Tanjung Enim - Keramasan dengan kapasitas 20 juta ton/tahun yang dibangun oleh PT KAI (Dermaga) dan PTBA

 

(Train Loading System beserta Coal Handling Facility) direncanakan akan beroperasi pada triwulan IV 2024. Di samping itu, juga dikembangkan angkutan batu bara ke Dermaga Perajen dengan kapasitas angkut 20 juta ton/tahun dan direncanakan akan beroperasi pada triwulan III 2026.

• Pengembangan fasilitas eksisting

1. Tanjung Enim - Arah Utara : Dermaga Kertapati, peningatan kapasitas jalur eksisting dari 5 juta ton menjadi 7 juta ton dan telah diselesaikan pada 2021.

2. Tanjung Enim — Arah Selatan: Tarahan-1, peningatan kapasitas jalur eksisting dari 21,4 juta ton menjadi 25 juta ton dan telah diselesaikan pada 2021.

Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL)  

Pada 2O21, PTBA telah menyalurkan dana usaha mikro kecil (UNK) sebesar Rp5,5 miliar yang ditujukan pada sektor perdagangan, jasa, perikanan, industri, dan perkebunan. Sebanyak 127 mitra tercatat sebagai UMK binaan baru dan 240 mitra berhasil menjadi UNK binaan naik kelas.

Tidak hanya itu, PTBA juga menyalurkan dana tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan (TJSL) sebanyak Rp166,2 Miliar. Dana ini ditujukan untuk beberapa pilar yaitu sosial sebesar Rp9O,2 miliar, ekonomi sebesar Rp29,9 miliar, lingkungan sebesar Rp31,9 miliar, serta hukum dan tata kelola sebesar Rp14,2 miliar.

PTBA Distributes IDR7.9 Trillion Dividends

PT Bukit Asam Tbk (IDX:PTBA), member of Mining Industry Indonesia (MIND ID), held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2021 Financial Year in Jakarta, Tuesday (24/05/2022). In the GPS, the shareholders approved the use of  100 percent of the Company’s net profit in 2O21 of IDR7.9 trillion as dividends.

In addition to the stipulation of the use of net income, this GMS also include approval of the Annual Report; the ratification of the Company’s Consolidated Financial Statements; approval of the Supervisory Report of the Board of Commissioners; the ratification of the Financial Annual Report and the Implementation of the Company’s Social and Environmental Responsibility Program for the 2O21 Financial Year; stipulation of bonuses for the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the Company for Fiscal Year 2O21 and salary/honorarium along with facilities and allowances for Fiscal Year 2O22; approval of the appointment of a Public Accounting Firm to audit the Company’s Financial Statements and the Micro and Small Business Funding Program for the 2022 Financial Year; and approval of amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association.

The GMS also agreed that there was no proposed change in the composition of the Company’s management.

Company Performance

In 2021, PTBA recorded a positive performance from an operational and financial perspective. The Company’s coal production reached 3O.O million tons, with rail transportation of 25.4 million tons and coal sales of 28.4 million tons. Meanwhile, revenue reached IDR29.3 trillion with a net profit of IDR7.9 trillion. This net profit is also the highest net profit achievement in the history of the Company’s operations.

PTBA also succeeded in transferring treasury  shares  totaling IDR3O3,148,1OO shares at a price of IDR2,28O per share  with the funds  received  by the Company  excluding  the transfer fee of IDR691,177,668,OOO.

In addition, PTBA has won 46 prestigious awards throughout 2021. Several awards include Program Penilaian Perinpkat Kinerja Perusahaan Dalam Penpelolaan Lingkungan (PROPER) Gold Category, 3G Championship Award in Corporate GovernanCe Reporting and 3G ESG Championship Award, as well as Program Kampunp Iklim (Proklim).

Development Project Progress

Coal Gasification

The issuance of Presidential Regulation No. 109/2020, which was signed on November 17, 2O2O, by President Joko Widodo, marked the inclusion of two PTBA projects in the list of National Strategic Projects. One of the projects is the coal gasification project in Tanjung Enim, South Sumatra.

 

This project will be carried out for 20 years by bringing in foreign investment  from APCI of USD 2.3 billion or equivalent to Rp 32.9 trillion. With the utilization of 6 million tons of coal per year, this project can produce 1.4 million DOE per  year  to reduce LPG imports by 1 million tons per year.

SumseI-8 Mine Mouth Coal-Fired Power Plant (PLTU)

SumseI-8 mine-mouth coal-fired power plant with a capacity of 2x62O MW is a strategic project of PTBA with a value of US$ 1.68 billion. This PLTU is part of the 35 thousand MW project built by PTBA through PT Huadian Bukit Asam Power (PT HBAP) as an Independent Power Producer (IPP).

PT HBAP is a consortium between PTBA and China Huadian Hongkong Company Ltd. The construction progress of the PLTU project, which will require 5.4 million tons of coal per year, has reached 95 % at the end of December 2021. This PLTU is expected to be fully operational commercially in 2022.

SumseI-8 mine-mouth coal-fired power plant utilizes environmentally friendly technology supercritical. The PLTU also applies technology flue gas desulfurization (FGD), which functions to minimize sulfur dioxide (SO2) from PLTU exhaust pas emissions.

Development of Solar Power Plants (PLTS)

The Company’s business expansion into the new and renewable energy sector is also starting to roll. One form of its development is PLTS at Soekarno Hatta Airport in collaboration with PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). The PLTS consists of 720 solar panel systems with photovoltaics with a maximum capacity of 241 kilowatt-peak (kWp) installed in the Airport Operation Control Center (AOCC) Building. PLTS was fully operational on October 1, 2O2O.

The Company is currently also planning to develop PLTS in the Company’s post- mining areas, namely:

1. PLTS in Tanjung Enim with a capacity of up to 200 MW and a total area of 224 Ha;

2. PLTS in Ombilin with a capacity of up to 200 MW and a total area of 201 Ha

3. PLTS in Bantuas, East Kalimantan, with a capacity up to 200 MW.

In addition, PTBA, together with PT Jasa harga (Persero) Tbk, is also exploring the potential for cooperation in the development of PLTS on the Jasa harga Group toll road, which is marked by the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on February 2, 2022.

Coal Transport Project

I n collaboration with PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), is developing railways for coal transportation with a capacity of 72 million tons/year in 2026, which consists of:

1. Development of new facility

The development of the Tanjung Enim - Kramasan coal transportation with a capacity of 20 million tons/year which built by PT KAI (Port) and PTBA (Train Loading System and Coal Handling Facility), is planned to operate in Q4 2024. Besides that, coal transportation to Perajen Port has also been developed with 20 million tons/year carrying capacity. It is planned to operate in Q3 2026.

2. Existing facility development

 

- BukitAsam “'

• Tanjung Enim — Northward: Kertapati Port, increasing the capacity of the existing line from 5 million tons to 7 million  tons and has  been completed in 2021

• Tanjung Enim — Southward: Tarahan-1, increasing the capacity of the existing line from 21.4 million tons to 25 million tons and has been compeleted in 2021.

Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL)

I n 2021, PTBA distributed micro and small business (MSE) funds of IDR 5.5 billion  aimed at the trade, services, fisheries, industry and plantation sectors. A total of 127 partners were registered as newly fostered MSEs and 240 partners succeeded in becoming promoted MSEs.

Not onIy that, PTBA also distributed social and environmental responsibility funds (TJSL) of Rp166.2 billion. This fund is intended for several pillars, namely social Rp9O.2 billion, economic Rp29.9 billion, environment Rp31.9 billion, and law and governance Rp14.2 billion.
